CACI stands for Computer Aided Cosmetology Instrument and has been described as a non-surgical face lift. It’s also been referred to as facial toning, it’s kind of like taking your face to the gym because CACI uses microcurrent technology to lift and tighten the facial and neck muscles.
In a CACI Microcurrent Facial, microcurrent impulses are transmitted to re-educate the muscles and restore tone and elasticity. We offer CACI by itself and also with Microdermabrasion or Omnilux for some extra oomph.

We only use the highest quality hot wax or strip wax (depending on what works best for the treatment), and work to make every treatment as comfortable and pain free as possible. Microneedling treatments use thin needles to make tiny holes in your skin to encourage the production of collagen to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Microneedling treatments also minimise the appearance of pores, reduces acne scarring and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin.

Electrolysis is a hair removal service that uses electricity to destroy unwanted hair at the root. It’s most suitable for areas that aren’t super hairy (such as a few chin hairs). You can book in for a 30 minute Electrolysis treatment, if it’s your first time having this treatment with us, please put a note in your booking of where you’d like us to perform Electrolysis.
Frequently Asked Questions on Waxing, Tinting and Microneedling
Do you offer men’s waxing?
We offer waxing for men, however we don’t offer intimate waxing (Brazilian waxing, G-string waxing etc.) for men.
Does waxing hurt?
Over the years we’ve perfected our technique to get great waxing results with minimal pain. It can still be a bit painful, but we’ll work with you to make it as comfortable as possible.
What’s the benefit of waxing compared to just shaving at home?
Waxing lasts longer than shaving, with hair being removed from the follicle, as opposed to just being cut from the surface as it is with shaving. It’s different for everyone, but after waxing you generally don’t see new hair appearing for about 3 to 4 weeks. You’re also significantly less likely to cut yourself.
How long does eyelash and eyebrow tinting last?
Generally around 4 weeks, but it depends on what you’re doing. For example if you’re swimming regularly, it’ll fade quicker.
What is an Eyelash Lift Treatment?
An Eyelash Lift is essentially a permanent curl for the eyelashes that usually lasts around 6 to 8 weeks. If you want to get your eyelashes longer, we stock Revive7 Lash and Brow Serum to strengthen and lengthen eyelashes (it’s amazing).
Does Microneedling hurt?
It’s different for everyone, but it can be a bit painful for some. We use a numbing cream to minimise any discomfort.
